TrueCeramicPro will refund all monies, minus Shipping and Handling charges incurred by either party and minus any applicable Trial Offer fee. All returned products must be complete as received. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, a refund will be made. If the product has been damaged, broken, or otherwise rendered unusable due to accidental or intentional harm to the unit(s) by human, pet, natural, or other causes, the item is non-refundable.
Note: Do Not send back any product via Collect or C.O.D. delivery, as TrueCeramicPro CANNOT accept or be responsible for ay deliveries of this nature and no refund will be possible under those circumstances.
